If you have called a number and hear the following message "the person you are calling has blocked your number" this means they are using CallSafe. In instances where a customer has blocked your number using Callsafe, we will not unblock your number as this is working as designed.

Be sure to provide details about your number, the number you're dialling and why you think your number should be unblocked.
