Priority Fault Repair is a free service for customers who depend on their TalkTalk broadband or phone for health, safety or mobility reasons.
If you’re eligible, we’ll prioritise your repair when you report a fault, helping get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
Who can use Priority Fault Repair?
This service is available if you or someone in your household is at risk or has specific accessibility needs, including:
- Someone who uses a home renal dialysis machine
- Someone who uses a home peritoneal dialysis machine
- Someone who relies on an artificial ventilator
- Someone who can’t leave the house unaided due to a long‑term illness or disability
What Priority Fault Repair doesn’t cover
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer Priority Fault Repair if:
- Your phone line is supplied by another service provider
- You live in a warden‑controlled property, residential nursing home, care home, or a similar setting
- The issue relates to alarm monitoring stations, control rooms, or specialised alarm lines/installations
