Annual price update - April 2026
Update from 1 April 2026:
From 1 April 2026, our terms and conditions will change to reflect an increase in our annual price rise—from £3 to £4 per month. This change applies to:
- New customers who join us on or after 1 April 2026
- Existing customers who recontract with us from this date
Each year, just like other broadband providers and network builders, we take a look at our prices to make sure they reflect rising wholesale and running costs. Doing this means we can keep investing in our network and services, so we can bring you the faster, more reliable connection you rely on — and still offer totally unlimited usage as standard.
This increase doesn't impact any Boosts, add-on services you currently have, or any discounts you receive on your account.
We'll be notifying all customers affected by this price rise throughout March 2026. This will include information on how this impacts your monthly price as per your T&C's.
If you make any changes to your plan, you may incur additional costs.
