Annual price update - April 2026

 

Update from 16 November 2025: 
From 16 November 2025, our terms and conditions will change to reflect an increase in our annual price rise—from £3 to £4 per month. This change applies to:

  • New customers who join us on or after 16 November 2025
  • Existing customers who recontract with us from this date

We're always looking to make sure our customers get the best value connection possible. That's why we're playing our part in the country's full fibre upgrade, helping customers benefit from the latest technology and faster speeds.

Due to inflation in recent years, not only have investment costs increased, but the regulated wholesale prices we pay our suppliers have gone up too. This is why we need to increase our prices, to enable us to invest further in the service that we offer to you today and in the future.

We'll be notifying all customers affected by this price rise throughout March 2026. This will include information on how this impacts your monthly price as per your T&C's.

If you make any changes to your plan, you may incur additional costs.
