Your transaction history
Your transaction history lets you see what’s been happening on your TalkTalk account without waiting for your next bill.
It’s a useful way to keep track of payments, credits and charges as they appear on your account.
In your transaction history, you’ll be able to view:
- Your payment history
- Any instant credits or adjustments
- A history of your bill charges
You can view up to 12 months of activity.
If you have more than 10 transactions, use the arrows at the bottom of the payment history section to scroll through them
You can find your transaction history in My Account by following these steps:
- Log into My Account to view your transaction history
- Select Bills & Payments from the navigation menu
- Select My Bills from the dropdown menu
- Select the Previous tab
If you see a charge you don’t recognise, take a look at charges on your bill . It explains what different charges mean and why they may appear.
