TV Update

We've contacted some of our TV customers to offer to update your device to our latest TV Box.

We recently wrote to customers using some of our legacy TV boxes to advise that you'll no longer be able to receive further software and security updates from the manufacturer of your device.

We want our customers to get the best from their TV experience, that's why as part of the communication we sent to you we've offered to update your device to our latest TV Hub.

Our TV Hub has the lot, live channels, access to the latest on-demand players, and 4K streaming. If we've contacted you about your TV box you'll be able to update to our TV Hub through My Account

We know you'll love our new TV Hub but to help you get to know each other better we've listed all of the awesome features available:

If you decide not to update your device this means you'll no longer receive any software or security updates for your device from the manufacturer. We have more information about this on  our dedicated TSA page

 

No, we won't charge you to update the device to our newest TV Hub. If you've previously received a monthly discount on our TV charge you may be required to pay the standard £5 per month charge if you take the update. We'll explain this to you on the letter or email we sent to you.

No, our newest TV Hub doesn't support the recording of TV.  Instead you'll be able to take advantage of streaming TV  and the on-demand features available on our TV Hub to catch up on your favourite TV shows.
