Now and Netflix Billing Closure

This page is for TalkTalk customers who currently have a NOW or Netflix subscription. Whilst you’ll no longer be able to pay your subscription through TalkTalk you’ll still be able to access the NOW TV and Netflix apps through your TalkTalk TV box. Any subscriptions will be paid directly with the provider.

Don’t worry your broadband package will remain unaffected.

Customers with NOW

NOW accounts will close on 29th July. If you want to continue watching your NOW Membership please log into your NOW account after the 29th July and select any Memberships you want to add. You can use the same NOW account that was used when you set up NOW via TalkTalk. To go to your NOW account page please visit: NOW

Some customers (who opted in for marketing) may have received a NOW voucher code in the email notifying them of the closure.

To redeem the voucher log into your NOW account > enters NOW voucher code and billing info > from 29th day, the customer switches from TT billing to NOW billing.

Customers can redeem the voucher between June 13 and August 15, but the memberships will start on July 30 to avoid any service overlap or breakage.

Customers with Netflix

Access to Netflix will end depending on your bill cycle. The exact date will be detailed in the closure email, but will be between 16th July-14th August. Once you subscription has ended, Netflix will be in touch via email to guide you through the process of signing up direct with them, ensuring you experience no downtime to your service.

If you do not receive an email from Netflix, you can log into your Netflix account and select the subscription you would like to add. You can use the same Netflix account that was used when you set up Netflix via TalkTalk. You can do this from the end of your billing period.

Will this affect any other part of my package? 

Your broadband packages and any other services you have with us should be unaffected

Will I still be able to use my Netflix/NOW accounts? 

Yes. Once your subscription ends, please log into your NOW and Netflix accounts and follow the process to sign up. If you use the same account, the you should encounter no interruptions with current shows and films remaining in exactly the same spot.

Will prices be the same? 

While we cannot guarantee that prices will remain the same, you can check their websites for the most up-to-date pricing information. Subscription prices are determined by NOW and Netflix.

Why are these changes happening? 

Our partnerships with Netflix and NOW have come to an end from a billing perspective. Customers should still be able to access Netflix and NOW on their TalkTalk TV Hub or TalkTalk TV 4K devices.

What if I don't want to continue with NOW and Netflix? 

 There is no obligation to sign up with NOW or Netflix after your billing ends.
