If you've joined TalkTalk during one of our Flash Sales and looking for help, you're in the right place. You'll find information below about what your offer included along with how you'll receive your reward card.

Broadband plus a £50 or £75 reWARD CARD

Receive a £50 or £75 reward card with selected broadband & broadband with TV plans during a Flash Sale.* You can choose your reward card from either Amazon, prepaid Mastercard or Tesco.

How do I receive my Reward card?

  1. Purchase an eligible broadband plan within the Flash Sale promotion dates
  2. Once your broadband connection is complete and the validation period has passed, your reward card will be sent to the email address used to purchase your broadband.

  • Reward cards are only available for new TalkTalk customers via website (Talktalk.co.uk) on the telephone or using our webchat facility.
  • Your reward card will be sent to you via our partner Giftcloud. Customers can redeem their reward card through GiftCloud for Amazon.co.uk, a Prepaid Mastercard or Tesco on eligible sales
  • To facilitate fulfilment of the reward card, TalkTalk are required to share your email address data with our trusted third-party supplier Giftcloud. If you do not wish for your details to be shared with GiftCloud, you may opt out of the gift promotion. However, this will mean you will be unable to receive your reward card and the reward card will not be fulfilled.
  • You have 150 days to activate your Reward Card once you have received it through email. After this time has surpassed the reward will no longer be active.

  • The email address you register to receive your reward card must be the same email address that you use to place your TalkTalk order.

Frequently asked questions

You will receive your reward card once your purchase has been confirmed by TalkTalk. This can take up to 120 days from connection.

Reward card eligibility is subject your broadband service(s) being active, the email address provided being correct and ensuring all payments are up to date.

You will receive an email from our partner Giftcloud on how to claim your reward card when the validation period of 120 days is complete, and your eligibility confirmed. Note that you’ll receive a welcome email to ‘opt in’ or ‘opt out’ into TalkTalk’s marketing preferences. Reward cards can only be fulfilled by our trusted partner Giftcloud when a customer has selected ‘opt in’.

We are unable to query the status of your reward card until after the validation period of 120 days has passed.

The email address you register to receive your reward card must be the same email address that you use to place your TalkTalk order.

You do not have to select a reward card right now. Our partner, Giftcloud, will email you after 120 days of your package being connected, subject to your bill payments being up to date, with a link to claim your reward card. The offer has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.

If you wish to not receive a £50 or £75 reward card, you may opt out of this promotion by emailing flashsale@talktalkplc.com with your email address used to purchase your broadband plan. A welcome email will give you that option within 28 days of your purchase.

Please refer to the email confirmation sent to you from TalkTalk, you should receive this once the order has been placed and it will include an estimated installation date.

Unfortunately, we can't change the delivery email address. The email address you submitted is the email address the reward card will be sent to.

The reward card value for this offer is £50.00 or £75.00. This is an e-gift card that you can use at your selected retailer.

You will be only eligible for a £50 or £75 reward card through either purchasing Online at TalkTalk.co.uk, on the telephone, or through our Webchat facility. This is for new customers only.
