We understand that handling the affairs of a friend or relation who has passed away is a difficult undertaking so we try to make the process as easy as possible. Our dedicated team operates Monday - Friday between 09:00am - 7:00pm and Saturday 09:00am - 6:00pm and are able to assist you in changing the owner or closing the account. Ensure you have the account details and name of the account holder to hand when you contact us.
