All TalkTalk equipment that is delivered by us from and including 29th April 2024 has been confirmed by our manufacturers that it meets The Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023.

If you would like to raise a Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) risk, please follow the instructions below.
If you have identified a potential security risk with equipment or device that we have provided to you, that you want to make us aware of, please contact us through the email address below.
We won’t respond to customer support queries like billing, broadband, phone, or TV issues.
We’ll send an acknowledgment of your report within one working day (Monday to Friday).
We’ll send regular status updates until the issues are fixed.
By submitting an email to us, you agree to keep the subject of the request, and all related conversations with us, strictly confidential. This is so we can investigate, and act as needed.
To help us review your report as quickly as possible, please ensure you have included the following details:
- Your name
- Contact details
- Issue type e.g. Cross site scripting or SQL injection
- Affected product/service and associated URL
- Details of the vulnerability/attack scenario
- How was the vulnerability identified, please provide any steps to reproduce
- Number of people impacted if known e.g. 1 or 1000
- Confirmation as to whether this issue is known to anyone other than you
- Related sources e.g. Twitter feeds, forum posts.
