Changes and improvements

We’re switching things up – here’s what you need to know 

Over the next few months, we’re making a few behind-the-scenes changes that’ll give you a better, smoother service. Right now, there’s nothing you need to do - just keep an eye on your inbox and we’ll let you know when it’s your turn. 

Here’s what to expect: 

  • Your account number’s changing - We’ll send you a new account number. That’s it. No change to your service, price or details. 

  • Your bill’s getting a refresh - A new look and layout are coming your way. When it’s live, we’ll send you a simple guide breaking it all down. 

  • Manage it all in the new TalkTalk App -We’re switching to a new TalkTalk App – faster, smarter, and easier to use. Don’t worry, we’ll show you how to download it. 

  • A refreshed look. Still reassuringly TalkTalk - It’s still us. Just bold new clothes.
