Cancel your TalkTalk Mobile service

Important Notice: Mobile Service Closure

We recently informed remaining TalkTalk mobile customers that the mobile service was closing. This service has now closed. 

All remaining mobile services were automatically disconnected and numbers that were not ported out before the closure no longer have the option to be ported to a new provider.

Because the mobile service has fully closed:

• You can no longer request a PAC to transfer your number to another provider.
• You can no longer request a STAC to terminate your service or close your number.
• Switching via text-to-switch  is no longer available, as TalkTalk Mobile no longer issues switching codes. 

If you did not take action before the closure date, your TalkTalk Mobile number has now been disconnected and cannot be recovered.

Your TalkTalk broadband or other services are not affected by the mobile service closure.
